1st Quarter Business Analysis Meeting
On 25th April 2018, CIB held the business analysis meeting for the first quarter of the year. Managing director Mr. Alan Zhang hosted the meeting and Chairman Mr. Xun Dai presented a valuable speech for the whole company. Heads and core members of all departments and branches attended the meeting.
Chairman Mr. Xun Dai pointed out that the rapid growth of the company has been recognized by the whole Chinese insurance market, which was closely related to our dedication and hard work. CIB should keep guard against arrogance and impetuosity, strengthen our core competence by learning from past experiences and the Internet Era, and lay a solid foundation for further development. To sum up, he showed a high expectation for the company to create more brilliant results on a fresh start.
After that, Mr. Alan Zhang summarized the overall business performance of the Company for the first quarter. He analyzed the chances and challenges facing by each department, and deployed tasks and missions for the following seasons. He hoped that everyone can take part in thinking about the future growth of the company, and find the most suitable strategy to maximize the profit in the long run.
2018 is the fifteenth year of Continental Insurance Brokers, we will always remember our mission, to keep a foothold in Continents and to enter into the whole World.
